When creating your resume, describe your main accomplishments and how you brought significant value to your employers. Start by discussing the problems or day-to-day functions and then the course of action you took to resolve any issues and how that was a benefit to your employer. Remember to use action words! Create your resume in a way that is proactive and, since resumes are based on past experiences, you want to reiterate what you did to benefit your past employers…and offer the same benefits and value to future employers.
